Pick the note as stated below, on agreement between the Indian Guaraní and Repsol, because from the Secretariat RSC (integrated into the International Trade Union Action and Cooperation) of FITEQA-CCOO are working on problems for the livelihoods of indigenous communities resulting from industrial activity oil companies, Repsol in this case. The underlying approach is the discussion (ie processes, resources, time limits) of what is called "life plan", which means establishing a process for the emergence of "civilzación" posed to those communities in industrial activity areas where there are or are assumed to be deposits of hydrocarbons, not essentially translate into prostitution, alcohol and drugs as well as the destruction of their ancestral forms of life with no alternative. The agreement in Bolivia is certainly a good reference.
After a first approach in Colombia (2008) and Peru (2010), this year I have planned this acercarmne issue in June in Bolivia (Guarani people in the Margarita project) and in September in Peru (Loreto-Iquitos area) in MABOS cases accompanied by organized labor in both countries.
